China Railway 18th Bureau Group Pump Industry Company visited Sunlike for in-depth dialogue and cooperation

On the morning of June 12, a delegation from the Pump Industry Company of China Railway 18th Bureau Group visited the Sunlike Pump R&D Base and conducted field investigations and technical exchanges around topics such as sewage treatment projects, ceramic slurry pump application pilot projects, and filter press feed pump application demonstration projects. They jointly explored innovative application paths for pump products in major projects and laid a solid foundation for deepening cooperation.
Accompanied by the technical team of Sunlike, the delegation visited the machining workshop, spare parts storage workshop, ceramic material testing workshop, and finished product delivery workshop. In the finished product exhibition area, Sunlike technical personnel gave a detailed explanation of the wear and corrosion resistance of ceramic slurry pumps and the high pressure delivery capacity of filter press feed pumps. In the machining production workshop, the delegation observed the operation process of precision machining equipment at close range and highly recognized Sunlike's strict quality control system and advanced manufacturing technology.
At the subsequent technical exchange meeting, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on the technical upgrade needs of sewage treatment projects, the pilot application plan of ceramic slurry pump projects and the planning of filter press feed pump application demonstration projects. Sunlike introduced its innovative achievements in the research and development of pump products, especially the low-energy consumption and high-treatment efficiency pump group solutions developed for the sewage treatment field, as well as the successful application cases of ceramic slurry pumps in high-wear conditions such as lithium batteries, smelting, and phosphorus chemical industry; China Railway 18th Bureau Group Pump Industry Company combined its own project experience in infrastructure construction, environmental protection engineering and other fields to put forward specific requirements for equipment performance and adaptability. The two sides exchanged views on the details of the project implementation, technical parameter optimization, cooperation model and other contents, and reached many consensuses.
The delegation of China Railway 18th Bureau Group Pump Industry Company expressed that Sunlike's professional strength and technical reserves in the field of slurry pump R&D and manufacturing are impressive, especially in the R&D capabilities of products for special working conditions.
